Purchase any over the counter salt water nose spray. Some common products are Ocean and Nasal. Use four times a day.
Replace with your own solution:
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Remember - Your solution does not have preservative, so empty it out every three days, rinse the bottle, and replace solution.
